Waikiki Aquarium

I have been friends with two men over the past several years They have always been a positive force in my life and I love both of them. Yesterday, we were all able to meet and visit the Waikiki Aquarium. I had a great time visiting with them and just talking, but more than anything, I am grateful for their hugs. Dale especially gives amazing hugs and I am a very huggy person, so it was wonderful to get a hug from him. He doesn't just hug a person, he embraces them with compassion and love. I love that about him.

There were a few instances when my depth perception was so bad I couldn't see the distance where the display walls came out to and had to ask Dale for help. He stayed with me the whole time and watched over me, making sure I didn't fall. I appreciated that so very much! All in all, it was an awesome time spent with them.

My Handi-Van ride was due to pick me up at 12:30 and Dale and David left at about 11:45, so I had 45 minutes to wait. I decided to go outside and wait for the van at noon and to my surprise it was already there. The driver was early, so I got home early. I was thankful because quite honestly, I was tired. I got some great pictures and they are posted in this entry.

The swelling in my wrist and hand is starting to go down now and I am doing my best to use it and exercise it within my limitations. I went to the grocery store this morning with Caleb and am done shopping for about two weeks, which is great.

Thanks for all your prayers and support. Thanks for stopping by,
Kelli
